Damages & Replacement

Providing quality cabinets and service is our top priority and we do our best to ensure all products out of box are flawless. If products are damaged or defective upon opening:

1) Please take a picture showing the issue.
2)
DO NOT assemble the item.
3) Notify us by emailing the picture, and the SKU and PO name on the box to info@nextarusa.com and approval for exchange will be provided.

There are different types of issues and the following is how it will be handled

Incorrect Items
Our order preparation process goes through multiple careful checks and detailed photos of the order are taken. It is extremely unlikely for incorrect products to be given; however if incorrect items are received from what was ordered, they will be exchanged.

Missing Items
Due to orders going through rigorous checks, it is extremely unlikely for orders to be missing items and if requested, photos of your order can be provided to you. If the claimed missing item is shown in the pictures, we unfortunately cannot replace the item since it was already provided.

Damages To Visible Areas
Any damages to visible parts after installation such as cabinet fronts: doors, drawer face, exterior side of end panels will be replaced. Damages and pictures must be reported before assembly.

Damages To Covered Areas
Any damages to covered areas after installation that will not affect the cabinet’s structural integrity are considered acceptable. These are small scratches, nicks, or dents to exterior sides of the cabinets which will be covered by an end panel, cabinet, appliance, or wall and the exterior backs of the cabinet which will be covered by a panel or wall.

Damages To Long Accessories 
Many of our fillers, panels, and kitchen accessories are meant to be cut. Oftentimes, the damaged sections can be cut off making the remaining material usable. We will provide additional material if the usable material is not enough up to the quantity of pieces that were damaged.
Damages and pictures must be reported before installation.

**Replacements can be exchanged anytime during our warehouse hours Mon - Fri between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. If the original order was shipped to you, all replacements will be shipped through FedEx Ground. We do not overnight or expedite any replacements. Replacements can be expedited, however you will be responsible for the difference between the FedEx Ground and expedited rate.**
