Warranty Coverage
Nextar Cabinets and Closet (“Nextar”) provides the following limited warranty on all closets and frameless cabinets imported to and sold in the United States and Canada by Nextar. This warranty does not cover aforementioned products sold or shipped outside of the United States and Canada. Nextar warrants the original purchaser that all aforementioned products purchased from Nextar will be free from unnatural defects in workmanship and material under normal commercial use for 1 year and normal residential use for 7 years starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is non transferable to subsequent owners of the commercial building or home.

For defects occurring within the terms and conditions of this warranty, the defective part will be replaced or repaired at Nextar’s discretion. Nextar is not responsible nor liable for any cost associated with the removal of any defective products, transportation of any defective products, or installation of the replaced or repaired products. Nextar is not responsible for any shipping damage to the replaced or repaired item; however it may be covered under our shipping policy. In the event a defective product has been discontinued, Nextar reserves the right to replace it with the most similar item available. Nextar may require that the customer submit clear photos of the defect or send out a representative for inspection to view the claimed item before honoring this warranty.

Limitations
This warranty shall become void if the closet, cabinets, and associated parts are modified from their original condition, improperly assembled and installed, damaged during installation, or used in any way other than for its intended purpose. This warranty only covers parts and materials supplied by Nextar. This warranty does not cover any products used or installed in conjunction with the closet or cabinets such as, but not limited to appliances, countertops, or plumbing fixtures. This warranty does not apply to products damaged by transportation, storage, chemicals, exposure to the excessive heat or cold, moisture and humidity, normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, modifications, and improper maintenance. No installer, distributor, user of our products or employee of Nextar has the authority to alter the limitations in this warranty.

Exclusions
This warranty supersedes any and all previous warranties by Nextar and outlines the exclusive solution for all defects for closet and frameless cabinet products supplied by Nextar. There are no warranties further outlined or implied extending beyond the terms outlined in this warranty. 

Disclaimer
Nextar cabinets are manufactured with plywood and medium density fiberboard (MDF). Closets are manufactured with furniture board. The following are characteristics of the material you are about to purchase. Please read carefully and if any of these characteristics concern you, we urge you to choose something else. Wood products claimed to be defective are often natural properties associated with the material and Nextar will not be held responsible for these variations. 

Wood Doors: Expansion and contraction year after year are natural properties of wood as it adjusts to the constantly changing temperatures and humidity. Such expansions and contraction may cause the doors to slightly warp. Doors that are warped less than ¼” are not considered defective as hinge adjustments can be made to remedy this. It is advised to check if the doors were properly installed as improper installation may cause the door to appear warped due to the hinge adjustment that adjusts the gap between the door and cabinet being set at different points. 

Claims
To submit a claim covered under this warranty, the original proof of purchase or its copy must be provided and all documents are to be emailed to info@nextarusa.com . Do not send back any items to Nextar before receiving proper return authorization from customer service.
