Do you sell to retail?
Yes, we supply to both retail and contractors.

Do you take walk ins or are you by appointment only?

We welcome all walk ins, however we recommend an appointment for our design service to minimize possible wait times.

What is your lead time?

Orders will generally be ready for pick up or ship out within 2 business days. For urgent orders, same day pickup is available, but it will take time to pull depending on the size of the order. We recommend coming back to pick up to avoid waiting.

Do you have everything in stock?

Our inventory levels are generally very good. Low inventory warnings will be shown on the product or if ordered and out of stock, you will be notified immediately and the ETA of when the item will be back in stock will be provided along with alternative solutions.

What cabinet styles do you offer?

Our cabinet styles range from white shaker to modern flat panel lacquer and melamine finishes. Our selection can be viewed here: Cabinet Styles.

What services do you offer?

We offer a free design service and consultation. All we need are the measurements and rough floorplan of the kitchen space. We can work with drawings from another cabinet company as well. Design request can be submitted here: Free Design.

Where are your cabinets made?

Our cabinets are manufactured in Vietnam.

Can I order samples?

Yes, sample doors can be ordered and picked up at our warehouse or shipped to you. To order sample doors, please view our sample door page.

Do you offering contractor or professional discounts?

Yes, we offer contractor discounts. To apply, please fill out our new accounts form which can be done here: New Account Form. Please email the filled form to info@nextarusa.com.

Do you offer installation services?

We unfortunately do not offer installation services, however we have a list of professional installers that we can recommend.

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 7 year warranty on all our cabinets. This covers all wood, paint, and hardware defects. Our warranty policy can be viewed here.

Do you carry matching paint for your lacquer finishes?

We unfortunately do not carry matching paint, however the Pantone paint codes can be found below:
